What is the return policy?
Unanimous Clothing Brand - Return Policy
At Unanimous Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Eligibility Window:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your order.
2. Condition of Items:
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Return Option:
You have two options for eligible returns:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Log In to Your Account: Go to your Unanimous Clothing account on our website.
- Navigate to Order History: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Request a Return: Click on the "Return Item(s)" button next to the relevant order.
- Follow the Prompts: Select the item(s) you want to return, choose your return reason, and indicate whether you prefer a store credit or a refund. For exchanges, specify the desired size/color if applicable.
- Print Return Label: Once your return request is approved (you will receive an email confirmation), you will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label (for domestic orders only).
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest designated courier location.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Orders (within India): We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
6. Refunds & Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item(s) and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process as outlined above.
- In your return request, clearly indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the desired item.
- Once your returned item is received and approved, we will ship out the new item, subject to availability.
- For exchanges, the new item will be shipped free of charge (for domestic orders).
9. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
- We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund

- Unanimous Clothing is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

- During this phase, we verify your order details, conduct quality checks on your selected items, and carefully package them for dispatch.
- Orders placed after [e.g., 2 PM IST] will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Transit (3-4 Business Days)
- After your order is processed, it's handed over to our trusted courier partners.
- For most locations across India, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Please note that delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons (e.g., festive sales, public holidays) might take an additional 1-2 business days.
Overall Estimated Delivery Time: 4-5 Business Days
Combining our processing and shipping times, you can generally expect your Unanimous Clothing order to arrive within 4 to 5 business days from the date you place your order.
What to Expect After Placing Your Order:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, detailing your purchase.
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package if you are not available. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package may be returned to us.

- Business Days: Our timelines refer to business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges faced by courier partners may cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in such rare instances.
- Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each.
- Pre-order Items: If your order includes any pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
